We source our premium tea leaves from renowned growing regions worldwide — Darjeeling and Assam in India, the highlands of Sri Lanka, and select estates in Japan and China. Each seasonal blend uses a carefully curated selection to capture its unique flavour profile.
Each blend has its own ideal brewing temperature and steeping time, printed on the caddy label. As a general guide: Spring Blossom — 75°C for 2 minutes; Citrus Summer — 80°C for 3 minutes; Spiced Autumn Rooibos — 100°C for 5 minutes; Ginger Citrus Winter — 95°C for 4 minutes. Always use freshly drawn, filtered water for the best results.
